Label and Sanitary Commission Replica Stamp Information for Arizona

Contact Loretta Weaver @ (520) 722-6104 or (520) 909-1130 or email ltweaver@att.net  re: quilt label and sanitary commission stamp. I will need the name of person, bee or group that you want on the quilt label. Loretta or Debbie will sew on the label and the sanitary commission replica stamp and make the arrangements to have the quilt delivered to the family along with the certificate and sympathy card and information about the quilt.

If one person makes an entire quilt top or less than 15 people make blocks for the entire quilt top, have other quilters, family members, friends etc. sign the other blocks or messages can be written on the blocks. The idea is to have 15 different signatures on each quilt. Envision the quilt as a big sympathy card for the family. If you elect to write a message to the family on the signature block, please be considerate of the family and understand that while some messages may seem appropriate to you they may be offensive or painful to the family.
